'Till Depth Do Us Part' is the debut album from Saxon Higgs's alternative project, Beatroots. As we prise open the newly formed crack in the shell, we can catch a glimpse of Saxon's sound evolving and taking shape. Here we have some deep, intelligent and minimal bass music electronica. Beatroot's debut album forms a very unique structure in minimal drum and bass, dub techno and eclectic neuro sound design. . The concept that 'less is more' is clearly demonstrated in these six experimental pieces. And we are sure that the moods of these works will serve their purpose for many who appreciate a good dose of the more minimal qualities in life. Happy listening.
